Account Activation/Verification

When you create a UploadMe ID (“Account”), we’ll send a verification link to the email address you used to create the account. If you don’t verify your address, you may not be able to access certain UploadMe products or features until you verify your ID.

We require all users to use a valid email address and verify there account before having full access to all of UploadMe’s features.

Doing this allows us to reduce the amount of spam accounts and protect our servers.

Verifying your email address with us also improves the security of your UploadMe ID / Account. Once you’ve verified your email address with us, both your Account password and access to your email account are required in order to make any changes to your UploadMe ID credentials, such as your password, secret question and answer, and contact email address. This helps further protect your UploadMe ID from being stolen by a potential phisher.

I never received the verification email message from you, what should I do?
If you do not receive the email message from UploadMe and you are running a Spam filter, check and make sure the message has not been filtered as spam.
Please try adding “[email protected]” to your contacts or trusted senders list within your email client and attempt to re-verify your email address.
If you are still unable to receive the verification email, you will need to contact Support below.

If you didn’t receive your activation email after 15 minutes and have checked your spam/junk folder you can request another here or by logging in to your account and clicking “resend activation email” If you still haven’t received the email please drop us a support request – We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
