Explicit content meant to be sexually gratifying (like pornography) is allowed on UploadMe/Upload2.us.
Pictures containing fetish content will be accepted. In most cases, violent, graphic or humiliating fetishes are also allowed subject to the following terms below.
If you see content that violates this policy, please report it to us.
Sexually explicit content featuring minors and content that sexually exploits minors is not allowed under no circumstances on our platform.
We report content containing child sexual abuse imagery to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, who work with global law enforcement agencies.
Realtime image moderation APIs.
UploadMe uses ModerateContent. Which offers Realtime image moderation APIs to protect our community and helps us against offensive content. In 2021 alone the ModerateContent service moderated over 3.5 billion images.
This service also offers Face Detection and understands anime / animated content in an image, predicting adult content, characters, copyright material and object tagging.
What this means for you.
If you’re posting content. Don’t post content on UploadMe/Upload2.us if it includes or features any of the following:
- Child pornography/sexually explicit content featuring minors. We’ll report it.
- Pornography you don’t have permission to upload and share (including leaks).
- Pornographic profile photo, cover photo or art work. This is due to it’s available and displayed publicly to everyone (including search engines). Failing to follow this rule will result in your pictures being removed and/or account being suspended.
- You can upload adult legal pornography. However, your content must also be marked as NSFW or face being rejected via our API services or removed.
- To mark your media as sensitive (“NSFW”), check “Not family safe upload” during upload or for existing images navigate to your image and click the “Edit” and select “Flag not safe”.
If you don’t mark your media as not safe for work (“NSFW”), we will do so manually if your content is reported for review; or we’ll completely remove it. see our prohibited content for full terms. - UploadMe/Upload2.us accepts our service to be used for “adult content” as long as the content is legal under the laws of the United States and Slovenia, each of the 50 States of the Union providers and abides by all other Terms of Service at all times, see prohibited content link above.
What happens when content violates this policy.
If your content violates this policy, we’ll remove the content and send you an email to let you know*. If this is the first time that you’ve posted content that violates our Community Guidelines, you’ll get a warning with no penalty to your account. If it’s not, we’ll issue a strike against your account. Your account will be terminated if you receive three strikes. You can learn more about our strikes system here.
- If we’ve your verified email address; otherwise we’ll simply delete it. We may also blacklist your IP and/or refer domain source/header.
